Rice Bran Oil: The Healthier Choice

Initial experiments on laboratory rats demonstrated that rice bran oil may improve learning and memory, reduce blood pressure, and alleviate hypertension, risk of cancer and diabetes. New trials involving human subjects are also showing potential. “I believe in the future, rice bran oil will be a nutraceutical. It will provide many health benefits, especially for chronic non-communicable diseases such as cognitive impairment, stress, hypertension, dyslipidemia and diabetes,” says Professor Sattayasai.
